Penrith Angling Association takes your privacy very seriously. We neither rent nor sell your personal information to any third parties and we only collect personal information that is relevant to the purpose of Penrith Angling Association.

Please note: It is important that the personal imformation that we hold about you is accurate and current - so that we can contact members regarding club business (AGM's, any changes, work parties etc.). Please let the secretary know if your personal data changes during your time as a club member.

We require this information to help us to provide our service to you. Other reasons include:
- Our own in-house record keeping
- When you register as a member (or applicant) and to maintain your membership record: We pass this information on to Clubmate who manage our membership for us (For Clubmate Privacy Policy please check their website or see https://www.clubmate.fish/privacy/) - New applicants will go on a waiting list and be contacted when a vacancy arises. Existing members information will be held for subscription payments and proof of membership if asked by a club member or bailiff.

Membership is deemed to have ended on 14th January each yaer. Parental written consent is required for junior members.
